📋 Description

• Lead compute team responsible for core compute platform
• Mentor ~8 engineers, balance leadership with hands-on work
• Set architecture direction for reliability and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in leadership
• Strong AWS expertise: EC2, ECS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch
• Distributed backend systems experience in Golang
• Kubernetes, containerization, service mesh (Istio/Envoy)
• IaC experience: Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK
• CI/CD automation: GitHub Actions, CircleCI
• Linux networking and monitoring basics
