Engineering Manager, Rider Loyalty

📋 Description

• Lead a team across iOS, Android, and Server to own the loyalty platform end to end.
• Own the Loyalty roadmap from strategy through delivery, aligning with Partnerships and Rider Pay.
• Build and scale systems for membership, rewards earning & redemption, and benefit delivery.
• Maintain a high technical bar with architecture reviews, debt management, observability
• Grow engineers by assigning opportunities, setting expectations, and giving early feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building software professionally; 2+ years directly managing engineers.
• Managed teams shipping mobile and backend work; able to review code in at least one area.
• Experience owning a consumer product used by millions per month.
• Experience using AI tools and understanding their impact.
• BS/MS in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
