📋 Description

• Lead the Runtime Platform team responsible for application frameworks, middleware (IPC)
• Own hiring, coaching, and career development; manage roadmap, resources, and delivery with strong
• Set technical direction on latency, profiling, real-time scheduling, and embedded middleware; drive
• Oversee runtime foundations across system design, CI, HIL, and quality gates to enable fast
• Collaborate with Vehicle Software teams, hardware, and OEM programs; surface and mitigate risks and
• Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver on company goals and maintain high-quality, reliable

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering management experience: proven ability to lead, grow, and retain a high-performing
• Delivery through a team: owned roadmaps, prioritization, resourcing, and accountability for quality
• Technical credibility in embedded software with hands-on depth in high-performance, low-latency
• Strong fundamentals in performance and systems: profiling, benchmarking, latency/throughput/memory
• IPC/middleware expertise and experience with middleware for high-throughput real-time systems.
• Cross-functional leadership: able to set direction and influence across multiple stakeholders.
