5+ years software/SRE experience in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Kubernetes).
3+ years engineering management experience (SRE/platform/infrastructure).
Strong observability knowledge (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, Elasticsearch).
Experience with Terraform and secrets management.
Fluent in English; able to mentor engineers and drive architecture.
Hands-on with backend languages (Go/Python/Ruby) is a plus.
