Engineering Manager - Subscriptions

📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution for Roblox’s subscriptions and payments platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional partners to drive ARR growth.
• Own mission-critical systems across subscription value proposition, billing, growth and retention

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with highly scalable distributed systems.
• 2+ years of direct experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
• Proven ability to define and drive technical vision and roadmaps for high-volume services.
• Strong recruiting, talent development, and retention skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with billing
