Ensure compliance with environmental regs (EPA, NPDES) and safety standards.
Oversee cross-functional teams and external EPC contractors to deliver facilities on aggressive
Scale multi-site UPW/wastewater plants, potentially beyond Bastrop, TX geography.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM.
8+ years in wastewater design, construction, and operations for industrial facilities.
2+ years leading engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of UPW, wastewater treatment, and regulatory permitting processes.
