Engineering Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead multi-discipline capital projects for manufacturing clients
• Serve as primary client contact for scope, proposals, and relationships
• Plan and execute projects within budget, schedule, and contract requirements
• Coordinate engineering teams, subcontractors, vendors, OEMs, and contractors
• Oversee scope changes and procurement strategies
• Collaborate on safety plans and client safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years PM experience leading capital projects in manufacturing
• Experience in paper/converting/tissue industries
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams through planning to start-up
• Experience developing scopes, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
• Strong communication skills with internal/external stakeholders
