• Track record of designing rapid experiments and scaling distributed platforms.
• Strong understanding of architecture, infrastructure, and best practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers across levels.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in agile teams; preference for startup environments.
