📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship to electrical teams.
• Develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up for new engineers and designers.
• Lead recruitment by evaluating technical skills and team fit.
• Plan workload, allocate resources, and align project priorities.
• Establish standardized engineering workflows and quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (ABET)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 8+ years electrical engineering experience
• Advanced knowledge of building electrical systems
• AutoCAD, Revit, and calculation tools experience
• Strong leadership, project management, and remote collaboration
