🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer; 2+ years leading teams.
• Experience delivering/operating distributed backend services.
• Strong Linux background; troubleshoot live systems.
• Hands-on Go and/or Python; understanding of backend architecture and reliability.
• Architectural decision-making in complex domains; quick learner of new areas.
• Observability/data tools: Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash, or equivalents.
