📋 Description

• Lead a distributed engineering team for an email security product line.
• Own architecture reviews, design decisions, and release planning.
• Drive production reliability, SLOs, monitoring, and security-focused ops.
• Hands-on engineering involvement in design reviews, debugging, and investigations.
• Act as incident leader during critical issues and coordinate remediation.
• Foster remote collaboration and AI-assisted development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer; 2+ years leading teams.
• Distributed backend services in production; strong Linux background.
• Hands-on Go and/or Python; backend architecture and reliability.
• Experience with architectural decisions in complex domains; fast learner.
• Observability/tools: Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash or equivalents.
• Leadership skills: one-on-ones, performance reviews, hiring, mentoring.
