🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including at least 2+ years leading engineering
• Proven experience delivering and operating distributed backend services in production environments.
• Strong Linux background with the ability to review production code and troubleshoot live systems.
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python development, including understanding of backend
• Experience making architectural decisions within complex technical domains and quickly developing
• Strong knowledge of observability and data tools such as Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash, or
