📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team focused on email security product line.
• Oversee delivery, architecture, and production reliability; ensure release quality and continuous
• Collaborate with product leadership to identify risks, capacity challenges, and align execution
• Engage in hands-on activities including design/code reviews, debugging, and complex problem solving.
• Serve as incident leader during critical issues with coordinated response and post-incident
• Establish remote collaboration practices and promote AI-assisted engineering workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer; 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering and operating distributed backend services in production.
• Strong Linux background; ability to review production code and troubleshoot live systems.
• Hands-on experience with Go and/or Python; understanding of backend architecture and reliability.
• Experience making architectural decisions in complex domains; quick mastery of new areas.
• Strong observability skills with Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash, or equivalent.
