• Lead a distributed engineering team focused on email security products.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as software engineer; 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven experience delivering distributed backend services in production.
• Strong Linux background; able to review production code and troubleshoot live systems.
• Hands-on Go and/or Python development; understanding of backend architecture and reliability.
• Experience with architectural decisions in complex domains; quick to learn new areas.
• Strong observability tooling knowledge (Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash or equivalent).
