📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a senior engineering team, supporting career growth and coaching.
• Translate product priorities into realistic plans and predictable release cycles.
• Own engineering quality, with testing, metrics, rollbacks and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical direction by reviewing architecture and design decisions.
• Maintain production reliability with SLOs, monitoring, and security practices.
• Hands-on involvement in design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and problem solving.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a software engineer, 2+ years leading teams or engineers.
• Experience delivering/operating distributed backend services.
• Strong Linux background with production code review skills.
• Hands-on Go and/or Python, backend architecture and reliability.
• Ability to make architectural decisions in complex domains.
• Strong observability tooling knowledge: Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, Redash.
