📋 Description

• Build, test, troubleshoot, and improve mechanical and electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain specialized test equipment and fixtures.
• Document data, procedures, and results for internal and customer hardware.
• Follow drawings, schematics, and work instructions to deliver reliable results.
• Work independently within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Support safety-focused operations and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience, or associate degree in STEM.
• Experience gathering, maintaining, and compiling technical data.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and manuals.
• Experience with mechanical setup, fabrication, troubleshooting, and power tools.
• Ability to use calibrated measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, meters).
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
