📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end enrollment journey for prospective participants
• Collaborate with Outreach Specialist, Enrollment RN, and IDT to guide referrals
• Remove enrollment barriers and support informed decisions
• Coordinate enrollment activities, ensuring compliance with policies
• Develop trusted relationships with participants, caregivers, and partners
• Deliver a seamless, participant-centered enrollment experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare sales, enrollment, or care navigation
• Strong communication to educate participants and coordinate with teams
• Experience with enrollment management, CRM, and documentation processes
• Ability to travel within service area and manage multiple priorities
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
