🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales (new logo)
  • Track record of overachieving a €1M+ quota
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Strong business acumen, ROI, and TCO language
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in deal management
