  • Penetrate and close new business in large enterprise accounts (UK/DACH/Benelux)
  • Develop multi-threaded account plans; build relationships from dev teams to C-level
  • Lead complex negotiations; navigate procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year deals
  • Articulate ROI and build compelling business cases addressing tech and financial drivers
  • Generate pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into large-scale enterprise accounts
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts using CRM and rigorous qualification methodologies

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales (new logos)
  • Consistent overachievement vs €1M+ quota; multi-deal management
  • Value-based sales methodologies (MEDDPICC/Command of the Message) for 6-12 months cycles
  • Strong business acumen β€” fluent in value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership
  • English fluent; other languages a plus
  • Resilience and resourcefulness; manage timelines and close deals
