📋 Description

  • Close Nordic enterprise accounts (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland)
  • Build account plans from developers to C-level execs
  • Lead negotiations with procurement, legal, security reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams of Sales Engineers and product pros
  • Articulate ROI and business cases for value drivers
  • Generate pipeline via strategic outbound into cold accounts

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in quota-carrying enterprise software sales; new logo focus
  • Track record of €1M+ quota across multiple large deals
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC/Command of the Message for multi-stakeholder cycles
  • Strong business acumen in value, ROI, and TCO
  • Resilience and resourcefulness in managing timelines and deals
  • English fluency plus one Nordic language (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish)
