🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) or transformation experience.
Experience designing scalable change capability and applying Prosci ADKAR toolkit.
Proficiency with enterprise AI tools for communications drafting, sentiment analysis, and
Strong project management, analytical, and client relationship skills; capable of coaching junior
Willingness to travel approximately 25% to client sites; Prosci certification required.
