📋 Description

• Implement Samsara IoT solutions for enterprise customers across fleets and industrial assets.
• Own customer relationships from onboarding to adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Explain technology to executives and day-to-day users; champion Samsara’s cultural principles.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; SaaS experience
• Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
• Experience with technical products and end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and users.
• Diplomacy under pressure; bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.
