📋 Description

• Implement Samsara IoT solutions for enterprise customers to deploy and adopt across fleet and
• Own customer relationships post-sales, guiding onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
• Explain technology to executives and day-to-day users; champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
• Travel to customer sites up to 10% may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting; Enterprise SaaS
• Experience with technical products; strong problem solving and consultative skills.
• Proven ability to build trust with executives, Product, Engineering, and users.
• Bachelor’s degree; high standards, bias for action, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities; ability to mentor teams.
