📋 Description

• Be on the front lines to improve customer safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to customers for quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase usage.
• Track implementation progress, adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrations across multiple use cases.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements and collaborate cross-functionally.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Enterprise/Strategic/Senior Implementation roles; SaaS experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong spoken and written communication with executives and day-to-day users.
• This is a demanding role with high internal visibility; strong prioritization and emotional intelligence.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products; end-to-end implementations.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution; based in Mexico or willing to relocate.
