📋 Description

• Be the Samsara advisor, deploying Samsara tech to large customers and delivering value.
• Own the project management including project plans, RAID logs and governance meetings.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process.
• Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara tech with executives and users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in senior implementation/PM/consulting; SaaS and hardware exp preferred
• Strong project management skills with methodologies
• 2+ years supporting or working with technical products
• 2+ years running on-site workshops with 10+ stakeholders
• Proven ability to communicate with executives, product and engineering
• Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
