Enterprise Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional onboarding for commercial and enterprise customers from post-sale through
• Oversee project governance, plans, and regular executive updates with internal teams and customers.
• Deliver white-glove onboarding to drive satisfaction and time-to-value.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Product Engineering to resolve blockers.
• Identify deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies to stay on track.
• Travel to meet enterprise stakeholders on-site as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in enterprise onboarding/implementation or related PM/technical management in a fast-paced
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence executives and technical teams.
• Strong organizational discipline with experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT, IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud infra environments.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to drive customer success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
