• Enterprise licensing & entitlement management: assign licenses, activate purchases, manage
• Customer entitlement assurance: monitor license usage, audit entitlements, resolve discrepancies to
• Contract & billing alignment: interpret entitlement rights and ensure consistency across
• Billing & invoice resolution: handle customer billing inquiries through Zendesk from initial
• Credit note management: raise credit notes and provide first-level approval for credit notes within
• Master data management & reconciliation: maintain accurate records; reconcile information

🎯 Requirements

• Systems experience: hands-on with Salesforce and NetSuite; willingness to learn additional systems.
• Customer support tools: Zendesk experience is advantageous.
• Enterprise customer engagement: comfortable communicating with customers about sensitive billing
• English proficiency: advanced/fluent English, written and spoken.
• Technical & analytical ability: adept at reconciling data across multiple IT systems and
