Enterprise Migrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end migration of enterprise documentation into a modern platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand docs, source systems, requirements, and goals.
• Assess complexity, risks, and timelines with customers and internal teams.
• Develop Python-based transformation scripts and automation for parsing, normalizing, and importing
• Handle formats like Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF text extraction, Confluence exports, legacy
• Use APIs and content synchronization to ingest and organize migrated docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with document transformation, data migration, content engineering, solutions
• Strong ability to parse, manipulate, normalize, and transform messy content at scale.
• Hands-on Python for scripting, automation, data transformation.
• Familiarity with Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF, Confluence exports.
• Comfort with APIs, Git, shell scripting, and basic data-wrangling tools.
• Systems-thinking to decide when custom parsers are needed vs. existing tools.
