Enterprise Migrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own enterprise content migrations from scoping to final delivery.
• Work with enterprise customers to understand documentation structures, sources, requirements
• Assess migration complexity, risks, dependencies; set timelines with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop and run Python-based transformation scripts and automation for content parsing and import.
• Handle formats like Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF text extraction, Confluence exports, legacy
• Use APIs and content sync to ingest and organize migrated docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical experience with document transformation, data migration, content engineering, solutions
• Ability to parse, manipulate, normalize, and transform messy structured/semi-structured content at
• Hands-on Python for scripting, automation, data transformation, or related workflows.
• Familiarity with Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF, or Confluence exports.
• Comfort with APIs, Git, shell scripting, and basic data-wrangling tools.
• Strong systems-thinking; know when to build a parser vs. use existing tools.
