Enterprise Migrations Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end migration of enterprise content to a modern platform
• Work with enterprise customers to map docs, sources, requirements, constraints, and goals
• Assess complexity, risks, and timelines with customers and stakeholders
• Develop Python-based transformation scripts and automation
• Handle Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF text, Confluence exports, legacy wikis, CMS exports
• Use APIs and content sync to ingest and organize migrated docs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with document transformation, data migration, content engineering, or related field
• Ability to parse, normalize, transform messy content at scale
• Hands-on Python for scripting and automation
• Familiarity with Markdown, RST, HTML, XML, PDF, Confluence exports
• Comfort with APIs, Git, shell scripting, and data-wrangling tools
• Strong systems-thinking to choose parsers vs. tools
