Enterprise Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and support automations for joiner/mover/leaver flows, access requests, device management
• Support identity and access capabilities using SSO, MFA, least privilege, birthright access
• Operate zero-touch device provisioning/management for macOS and Windows, including packaging
• Leverage AI tools, APIs, workflows, and event-driven patterns to improve platform operations with
• Create self-service experiences, runbooks, and enablement content for employees and support teams
• Add telemetry, logging, dashboards, and basic evaluation to test, monitor, and improve automations

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in IT engineering/platform engineering or similar role supporting critical tech
• Working knowledge of SSO, MFA, least privilege, directory/group management, provisioning standards
• Experience supporting macOS/Windows with device management, packaging, patching, configuration
• Ability to script and integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, workflow orchestration or similar
• Familiarity with SaaS administration, collaboration tools, and employee-facing tech platforms
• Experience with incident/change management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documented
