• Role: join Monzo's risk team to oversee strategic risk
• Work with macro trends, risk frameworks, and dashboards
• Collaborate with Group CRO, Executive Committee and Board
• Turn data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Develop and roll out risk management processes

🎯 Requirements

• Background in economics or finance
• A couple years in financial services, consulting or fintech
• Experience with macro indicators (rates, inflation, credit)
• Proficient in macro monitoring dashboards
• Strong data skills: Google Sheets/Excel, G-Suite
• Clear written and verbal communication
