📋 Description

  • Partner with Enterprise Customers to understand challenges and modernization priorities
  • Lead consultative discovery engagements across cloud and modernization initiatives
  • Advise customers on network observability, telemetry, and AI-assisted ops
  • Conduct executive workshops and proof-of-value engagements for ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, CS, and GTM to drive long-term value

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Sales engineering or related customer-facing tech role
  • Experience in enterprise on-prem/cloud/SaaS/hybrid infra
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of networking, observability, telemetry, NetFlow/IPFIX/PCAP
  • APIs, automation, IaC, and orchestration familiarity
