📋 Description

Engage with customers on remote and on-site engagements as hands-on experts
Operate and maintain the Tanium platform to solve complex issues
Collaborate with teammates to deliver customer outcomes
Identify opportunities for greater value from the Tanium platform
Communicate clearly, verbally and in writing with customers
Conduct daily health-checks and support strategic customer activities

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT/Consulting experience
5+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering
Experience with public sector customers
Ability to speak German and English
Strong troubleshooting skills
Broad technical knowledge with depth in at least one area
