📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve technical aspects of the sales process.

• Create enablement resources to boost sales team technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and docs to help customers implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns.

• Enjoy working directly with customers, iterating on solutions and support.
• Identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Have a strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience working with customers; student projects are fine.
• Proficiency in Python and software development with integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging.
