📋 Description

• Design and architect enterprise observability solutions using cloud-native technologies
• Work with customers to understand requirements and translate business challenges into scalable
• Deliver technical demos, POCs, and architecture sessions to showcase product value.
• Support enterprise sales cycles with technical guidance and solution positioning.
• Advise customers on observability architecture, telemetry modeling, instrumentation strategies, and
• Create and maintain reusable assets including demo environments, reference architectures, and POC

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability platforms, distributed tracing, and cloud-native
• Hands-on telemetry collection, instrumentation, data ingestion pipelines, and performance
• Solid understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Experience designing architectures, delivering demos, and leading POCs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and executives.
• Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
