• Act as a trusted technical advisor to large customers and prospects.
• Bridge product and customer outcomes; design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0 capabilities.
• Deliver Proofs of Concept and guide observability architecture discussions.
• Present technical demos to engineers and executives.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to position technical value.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, distributed tracing.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong DevOps/SRE/platform engineering understanding.
• Excellent communication to both engineers and executives.
• Ability to design demos, architectures, and POCs showing business value.
• Collaborative across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
