• Hands-on telemetry collection, instrumentation, data ingestion pipelines, performance optimization.
• Solid DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Experience designing architectures, demos, and leading POCs.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to engineers and executives.
