📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with customer tech contacts to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft technical demonstrations that clearly communicate our product's value.
• Create enablement resources to boost sales team's technical fluency.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to implement them.

• Enjoy working with customers, iterating on solutions, and providing tailored support.
• Have a talent for identifying patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
• Have strong empathy for customers, sales and product teams.
• Have a strong technical background to help customers architect integrations.
• Experience working with customers; student clubs or side projects ok.
• Proficiency in Python and software development, architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
