📋 Description

• Partner with incubation AE to lead technical validation from discovery to close
• Map IT/service workflows to Asana Service Management
• Translate pain points into practical designs and business value
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored demos
• Show how AI, workflow automation, and integrations improve ops
• Advise on architecture, admin considerations, and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting or similar roles
• Strong understanding of IT/service personas and workflows
• Excellent discovery to uncover constraints and success metrics
• Proficient at demos/workshops for technical and exec audiences
• Clear articulation of AI concepts, LLMs, integrations, and automation
• Collaborative, able to work with AEs, CSMs, and SEs
