  • Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, FTP, TFTP, NTP, SNMP, syslog, Linux.
  • Excellent communicator; explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Proactive, self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience debugging and root-cause analysis; test environments.
  • Able to manage enterprise customer relationships with cross-functional teams.
