  • 4PM-12AM shift; full-time, permanent.
  • Partner with clients to optimize BlueCat products using deep technical knowledge.
  • Perform quarterly Health Checks to ensure system performance.
  • Become the trusted advisor and ensure recommendations are heard.
  • Open tickets with Engineering and provide steps to reproduce.

  • Deep knowledge of networking protocols and debugging.
  • DNS, DHCP, Linux; SNMP and NTP experience.
  • 5+ years enterprise customer support experience.
  • Excellent communicator; explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive; self-starter; continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
