• Manage a caseload and interact with clients under supervision
• Report to Managing Criminal Defense Attorney
• Collaborate with the Criminal Defense Team
• Advise clients on legal rights and draft documents
• Attend pretrial hearings and advise on strategies
• Prepare clients for depositions and gather evidence

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Defense via clinics, volunteer work, or internships
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Active bar admission (candidates awaiting admission considered)
• Team player with willingness to assist and strategize
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
• Strong interpersonal and caseload management skills
