Entry Level Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Be the first point of contact for IT issues on client site
• Face-to-face support across education sector projects
• Manage ticket board and daily timesheets
• Travel locally across Wellington as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems
• Provide timely, customer-friendly IT support

🎯 Requirements

• NZ Citizenship or permanent residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
• Experience or interest in Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022
• Knowledge of Azure Active Directory
• Familiarity with FortiGate firewalls
• Experience with network gear: Ruckus, HP/ Allied Telesis, Aruba/Aerohive
