Face-to-face interactions and manage the ticket board; deliver customer service.
Communicate with non-technical users; prioritize and troubleshoot problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
Complete daily timesheets with strong attention to detail.
Occasional local travel across sites; no company vehicle provided.

Must have a NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)
