Environment, Health and Safety Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead EHS across our EMEA sites (UK, Ireland, EU) with hands-on inspections and risk assessments
• Investigate incidents and manage occupational health cases with HR and Legal partners
• Co-author region-specific EMEA programs aligned to UK/Irish/EU requirements
• Partner with EHS Lead in the US and in-region teams to scale safety programs
• Coordinate fire safety compliance and fire risk assessments in multiple jurisdictions
• Oversee environmental health work: hazardous materials, IAQ, water safety, lighting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in an EHS role with regional ownership experience
• Strong knowledge of UK/Ireland EHS regs (HSE, HSA); EU know-how (France, Germany, Netherlands)
• Experience with fire safety regulation and compliance across Europe (UK FSO, Irish/German
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable decisions and SOPs
• Passion for workplace EHS and ability to drive engagement
• Strong communication and training content creation skills
