📋 Description

• Develop, implement and maintain Kairos Power environmental programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align environmental goals.
• Support regulatory compliance and safety initiatives in Kairos Power operations.
• Engage employees on EHS topics through on‑the‑floor interactions and training.
• Lead internal and external audits to monitor compliance and drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in an environmental, health and safety program.
• Experience preparing EHS documentation: incident reports, action plans, after-action reviews.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations, hazardous materials handling and waste management.
• Ability to develop, implement and maintain environmental programs and procedures.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
