Lead operation of Environmental Simulation and Reliability Lab
Manage lab staff, schedule, budgets, and on-time delivery
Oversee climatic, mechanical, dynamic testing (thermal, vibration, shock, humidity, altitude)
Direct engineers/technicians, develop performance and development plans
Create test plans per ASTM/IEC/MIL specs and internal protocols
Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and calibration programs

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in environmental simulation and reliability testing
Experience supervising lab staff
Proven customer-facing technical engagement
Familiar with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation
Strong written/verbal communication; US work authorization
Valid driver’s license; ability to travel
