Epic Application Analyst Senior, MyChart

📋 Description

• Analyze business and clinical requirements to define scope and technical solutions in Epic.
• Design, configure, test, and maintain Epic app functionality to support evolving needs.
• Lead and support testing activities, including validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Translate user requirements into system specifications aligned with standards and goals.
• Liaise between clinical teams, business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
• Evaluate system impacts across multiple applications and recommend integrated workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT or clinical technology environment experience.
• Experience with business process mapping, requirements analysis, testing, docs, and support.
• Epic app experience with understanding of platforms, databases, interfaces, connectivity.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Epic certifications within timeframe.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
