• Extensive experience implementing Oracle ARCS.
• Strong Oracle EPM functional consulting experience.
• Proven ability to elicit and document requirements.
• Experience leading discovery workshops.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and design artefacts.
• Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
